b. Provide your order details, including your name, email address, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.

c. Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
